Cousin Time

R-L
McKyrie, Brecken, Danica, Ellie, Ainslie, Taryn, Mason and Reagan

So, way back in February (I'm a little behind), we had the honor of hosting all the "Whipple" cousins at our house!!! We had sooo much fun!  My parents were watching my oldest brothers kiddos for a week and they came over and stayed a few days with us. My youngest brother and his family came and stayed with us from Vegas.  So for the first time in a long time, all the cousins were in the same house and having a serious blast!!!!  It was so cool because everyone had someone to play with - Mason and Brecken were so good to each other- especially considering they were surrounded by so many crazy girls lol!!!
I am so grateful for my familly- they are awesome and I am really glad that we all get along and can do these kind of gatherings.  It was fun to have all the cousins together, along with my parents and to see all of their cute personalities.

Unfortunately, Brent and Jennifer had to get back to Vegas, but the rest of us headed out to the WildLife Zoo in Camp Verde. I have to say this was a pretty cool zoo-it was a bit pricey, but really fun and the kiddos LOVED it!!

Granna and Poppa with most of the grandkids- waiting for our "Safari Ride".

Ainslie and Taryn- they are only 3 weeks apart (Ainslie is older) and love to play together!! Their favorite things to do are play Barbies and go outside on the swingset.

Brecken thought it was sooooo cool to touch the Ostrich egg.  It was HUGE- and felt just like a chicken egg-only bigger:)
Brecken was also the only one who got to feed the giraffe- so fun!  Poppa stretched his arm out so Brecken could reach- it was the talk of the morning!:)
Ainslie, Danica and McKyrie waiting for the fun to begin- Tiger Splash!!!!

This is a really fun show- the kids LOVED it!!!  There are people in the cage with the Tiger and they use different things to try and get the tiger in the pool :) The tiger for our show was named Chalet- so pretty and fitting for a white tiger.  She was funny- they said she was young- and she did not want to get wet so she kept out-smarting all the people and they got wetter than she did--lol.  But, she finally jumped in a few times- it was a lot of fun to watch them interact with her.  They said they do not train the tigers, just use different stimulants to see what makes her want to play- I guess it's good that the people aren't her "stimulation" :)
My mom was so cute- she really wanted to feed the tiger- so she paid her 5 bucks and fed it- pretty cool!  They don't let you too close thank goodness :)
The kids were really excited for the hyiena show- those things are seriously viscious!!!  They make crazy noises and they are amazingly strong and aggressive.  The trainers never got in the pen with them- and I could see why!  It was cute to see them all lined up ready and waiting for the show- the hyienas are in the pen, I just didn't get a very good picture of them.
 The "King" -so beautiful
Ellie and Brecken got a free ride for most of the day. They kept kicking each other and throwing all the stuff out of the wagon, but they still had fun.  - they are about 9 months apart (Ellie is older), and they get a along pretty good- they are funny to listen to when they are having conversations...lol
I cannot remember what type of lizard this was but it had an unusual name.  Granna and Danica were the only ones brave enough to pet it- crazy!!
Ainslie, Danica, McKyrie and Taryn- all having a blast!  Cousin time is the best and I am so glad that we were able to get all of them together- they had so much fun and it was great because there were no fights or arguements the whole time!!! Now that is a miracle with 6 girls in 1 house :)
