McKyrie is in 3rd grade now and she has an awesome teacher that she loves. Over half of the kids from her 1st grade class are in her class this year, so that is kinda fun since she knew a lot of them already :) She is learning cursive writing, and mom is glad to see that her cursive is sooooo pretty- especially since her regular handwriting is not so pretty (like mother like daughter). She is also still in the excellerated program and is excited that this year they are going to be building bridges! She is a whiz at Math and has a passion for reading, which makes mom and dad happy to see that some of their passion for reading has rubbed off on her!

Ainslie is in Kindergarten- she had to test in, but passed with flying colors! We were excited that she was able to get in because she was so ready to be in school- she also is THE TALLEST kid in class even though she is the youngest! I bet this girl is gonna be 6 foot tall or more! She still cannot tell me any names of the children she plays with- short term memory this girl has! It sure is gonna make it hard to invite kids to her birthday in a few weeks if she can't remember any of their names! Her favorite colors are yellow and orange, and she already has rainbow badges for her upper and lowercase letters (she tells us that kinder is a lot like her pre-school, and wants to know when she get to read!)
Poor little Brecken is super sad to not have anyone to play with while they are gone, but he has been enjoying his time with mom- he really loves to play ball-anykind of ball- big balls, small balls, he doesn't care- just give him one and he is happy!!! He is now 11 months old but has been walking for the last month and 1/2 so he really keeps mom busy!

So glad they love school! I love it when they go to school (: Brecken is so adorable with his spikey hair. He is getting so big! I miss you guys! How are things going?

I'm glad your kids are doing so well in school! That is so funny about Ainslee because Isaac is the same way about not remembering anyone's name. Your family is so cute! Tell Breckin he can come over and play any time if he needs some company while his sisters are away at school!
Glad to see pics of your little guy - but he's not so little afterall! McKyrie and Ainslie look so happy to be in school. Happy back-to-school to all of you!
I really cannot say anything about the pause in your blog post, but I love the updates... Your little man is so sweet, and I can't believe Ainslie is in Kindergarten..... Wishing you and your babies a great school year... Look forward to more post... :o)
